Sisterhood Program Chair
THANK YOU for volunteering to chair a CBI Sisterhood program. Our community is built through the efforts of people like you, volunteering their time to support Congregation Beth Israel through sisterhood.
Three steps to chairing a CBI Sisterhood program:

Dream it.
Whatever program you’ve volunteered to lead, start by reading this document and gathering the basic information. Note: not every program has been added to the document, so if yours isn’t there, don’t worry! We’re here to support you.

Build it.
Once you’ve outlined your program and its needs, submit the Google Program Setup Form so we can create graphics and add your event to the website, newsletter, social media, and create products to sell any fundraiser items or tickets.

Grow it.
Once your program is live, it’s time to start really communicating with your volunteers. As a program chair, it’s your responsibility to set committee meetings, ensure you have enough volunteers, and ask for help when needed. When you’re done, don’t forget to sumit your expenses.
